We offer Flat-rate Bench-Charge's

Simply bring your computer (just the System CPU or Box) to our office location at 4100 Kernersville Road and we will do all labor required to get your system back up and running for only 1 fee (parts not included, $5.00 each Gigabyte, if Data Save required)
On-Site Service Calls
$85.00 Covers the trip to your location (Anywhere in the Triad) the first hour of On-site labor is Free. We can send a technician to your home or office for an On-Site service call.
Additional On-site labor is billed at 1/4 hour increments at $8.75 per additional.
Turn any On-Site service call into Pick up and Delivery Service. On occasion it is necessary to spend more time repairing your system than would be practical for you, at your location. (We always offer our flat rate Bench Charge. This flat rate fee will cover any service hours required to repair or upgrade your system.) ($5.00 per Gigabyte Data Backup fee if applicable.)
Quarterly Security Checkups (Details Here)
$65.00 quarterly includes Free Remote Desktop support and discounts for additional On-Site Service calls.
